As always, that goddess really favours mc way too much that I want to call nepotism on it.
And damn is that ice girl an evil person. She sees a guy provoke another guy, follows them to the rooftop, then decides to try and kill the provoked guy. Just because she got slightly scared.
Like, to make an analogy: let's pretend she was american instead, and her designated school-gun was malfunctioning (and she knew this) so that it randomly fires when the safety is off (maybe it is whenever she grips the handle hard ie. from being emotional). She sees the confrontation, and because one of the guys seem somewhat scary she decides to point her gun at him and disable the safety?!? And so it starts firing by itself at him. And when he somehow doesn't die, she becomes more scared and makes it misfire even faster and harder at him?!? And when he gets close enough she starts crying and claims it was force majure?! Girl, you are the one who turned off the safety ("activated blessing of the ice god"), knowing what would likely happen!
Definitely evil. And this is despite already being forgiven for being an american school kid (aka brings guns (deadly ice skills) to schools).
