Nice to see my boy Ryouta getting some character development and now helping uplift others. As he said, he was very lucky to meet Emily best girl and thanks to her kindness he became a better man and now he'll spread this same kindness to other people and make them strive to be better version of themselves.

Is this a protest against Ganbatte?
Showing the MC to be so utterly incompetent to the point of retardation as a way of being a non-example, maybe? Like, a "don't be like this guy, fellow Japanese" kind of message?
Because this doormat routine is truly worthless; it helps nobody if they just keep doing the same thing and change none of the things that caused the problem in the first place.
This is why the "crab pot mentality" and actions of the other adventures is pretty damn despicable; if a bunch of people ganged up to beat my ass because they got screwed by a completely different person, I sure as fuck wouldn't be healing them.
Send them back to the piece of shit who forced them into this; if he has some kind of accident and doesn't come back, well... his replacement won't likely take the same foolish actions.
And if he does, burn down his fucking house.
He'll get the message, then!
