Well, there is a reincarnated hero (the guy), and an elf girl that fought by the side of the previous king. They are also student and teacher.
Apparently, there would be a need for some heroism later, but for now, all the hero can do is train and gather comrades. This chapter he's dealing with the fallout of gathering too many female comrades by buttering up his teacher/lover.
