I don't think destroying humanity is on their to-do list. They seem to be chill.
Even their prophecy thing was about a demon attaining level 1000 to defeat the hero. So it seems like a role reversal where demons are like people and the hero is a villain who wants to kill them for material gain and has to be killed by a prophecised hero (slime pyon)

Oooh, I didn't think that through, I guess that may really be the case!

Though that demon lord really did a number on a few villages though 💀 so that's why I thought that way

10/10 for character design
5/10 for story, but ill tive It some leeway since its just a short story.
Hate when they try to flip the roles and say, the humans are bad the demons are cool etc etc etc. She can feel pity towards a slime kid but not towards any human children of the village she slaughtered, poor demon shes just fighting for a peacefull worl... by destroying all of her enemies.
