LF Manga where the hero/heroine gets reincarnated as their party member's kid?

A friend of mine reminded me of this plot and both of us have been having a "tip of my tongue" kind of moment for a while now.

Basically, all we could recall is that the MC is reincarnated as the kid of the other party members and the fact that after being born, the MC is a silverhaired girl (Not sure what their original gender was). They also got to keep their previous skills (We think it was assassination skills, but that's a hazy memory). We're not sure if it's isekai or just plain fantasy but it's definitely a story with the adventure party system. The MC and their party might've been fighting a demon king before reincarnation too.

Anyone have any hits?

@Yatsuki That's it! Weird though because somehow both of us didn't recognized the cover even though we've scrolled past it in our list multiple times while looking for it. We were both being a dumbass at the same time I guess.
