There is more to this than cheap thrills that the tags or description might lead you to think.
The best way to put it is that MC sees sexual desire as a darkness, as a bad part of humanity that drives people to horrible ends. There are a lot of allusions to the darkness of sexuality in this like a woman who is a sex worker with cut up arms likely from self harm, the MC's boss watching porn in the back of the convenience store and being sorta pervy on customers, the MC's father seems to be kinda of a sleezeball, and so on.
Eventually this disease type thing happens almost like a zombie outbreak that causes people with strong sexual urges to not just be having those inner demons, but to physically transform into those demons. They basically hulk out and are fixed on their fetish/sexual desire and if they are "successful" in releasing their sexual desire their target of their lust will be infected and it will spread as such.
There is a very potential for this story to be more of a zombie outbreak type scenario where the world will fall apart because of this disease, where humanity simply dies off because anyone getting horny turns into a literal destructive monster. Its actually talking about things like the darker primal sexual urges of humanity, and not just looking for cheap thrills. For a story about this sort of sexual stuff theres so few panty shots and those sorts of things.
Seriously give the series a shot it might surprise you. I'm not saying its a 10/10 master piece or anything, but it has potential to be good and its not just some sleezy shit either even with the subject matter it has.
