I understand the frustration, but I read a spoiler about the ending months ago so I've had time to get over it. Thank you for translating, it's been a wild ride

Funny way of having an open-ended finale that stays true to Evans' overall performance. Maybe to leave room for adaptation, remake, or reboot or something. Tragic for anyone expecting even minimal progress.

it's finally completed. i don't know people expecting romance a lot for a gag manga. sure it does fell unsatisfying, but it's hilarious regardless so i am perfectly fine with it. also it's pretty much confirm oakley mentor is evans mother. the premise of misunderstood, stumble upon success anyway, and get everything except what they actually want, never get's old. keep laughing throughout series. definitely one of gag manga i enjoy the most, up there with saiki kusou. 9/10. looking forward for author next works.

Annie isn't Evans' mother, where did you get that from? We've seen Evans' mother before, she's white.

The ending with no resolution was a pretty big disappointment. I feel like I would have ended up liking the manga more if the characters actually developed a bit. Evans and Oakley could have gotten together at the midway point and the story could have switched gears from his father's terrible advice about meeting and impressing women to his terrible advice about being in a relationship. I feel like there would have been plenty of ways to have Evans and Oakley comically misunderstand each other as they navigated dating as two socially inept weirdos.

241 pieces of misapplied/bad advice, 241 stories of the world’s most ethical incel… man. What a fun manga. I hope the mangaka is doing more.
They’re currently doing the fantasy manga Dragemis in Weekly Shonen Sunday, though word on the street is it isn’t doing good in both sales and reception.

Anyway, I was spoiled about the ending before, and… yeah that’s an ending. The author definitely chickened out, but honestly even if Evans got into a relationship I don’t know if they could keep the misunderstanding train which ran the entire series going.

Solid 6.5/10. Some parts didn’t gel with me but I’ve seen worse

Wow, I'm glad I put this series on the backburner around chapter 100 and then skipped straight to the ending once I saw the end tag.

And the adventure continues. Well, it’s the same sort of ending as a lot of series from the old days. Maintain the status quo and all that. Even Ranma cheated an actual ending in the end.
