I dunno what happened to the author but this started out on a high note then got progressively lower in quality. I pretty much lost interest reading after the chapters stopped being in color. I went back and tried to re-read them but they feel kinda broken. Tackling tough issues and not handling them well, unengaging characters, drama that's edgy but doesn't particularly catch your interest, and art that doesn't keep up the same standard throughout are the things keeping this from being any good. My guess is the artist just didn't really have the drive or desire to work on it. She did manage to end it though. I hope they get their spirits up and try again with another series some day, but the way she fizzled out and deleted her account probably means she'll never do another manhua again. It's unfortunate :(

Thanks for the scans, and FeelsBadMan for the author. However, the last 10ish chapters were utterly confusing and all over the place. Dude just ran out of energy.

@parksanddolls ohs, maybe they will make something else later. I said all that but I really did enjoy the full color chapters, for the most part. I just didn't like the sudden change in art quality at the end. It's jarring and makes me feel like being cheated since I know how much better the beginning was. It wasn't the worst or anything just noticably flawed

Unfortunate ending. It started off as an interesting story. Sorry the author wasn’t able to get the support to continue the sorry the way they started it.

Well I’m glad this is finally over. This comic started out pretty well and had potential, but it all seemed to be wasted with the excessive drama and lack of plot development.

Drawing comics is hard, sticking with it and finishing them is even harder. It's easy to forget the massive amount of work it takes to do comics as a hobbyist.
It is a shame to see an author run out of steam like this and not be able to deliver their complete vision, but at least they were able to give it an ending. That's more than most independantly produced comics ever get.

Well I knew it would be like this in the end, as long as I get a good end which is an ok here...I'd be fine with it
