OK. I'm seeing a child on the verge of tears, holding a piece of paper. There is no noticeable sign of physical wounds on her face, but it's unclear if she has any injury on her body or not. Will require a medical expert to examine her. Since she looks like she's crying, I can safely assume that she has been or currently going through some sort of traumatic and painful experience. It might be some kind of child abuse, or it could just be that she's stuck at a problem while doing her homework. This leads to my next suspicion. That paper she's holding could be:

- Her homework, which she doesn't know how to do, and is asking someone for help.
- Her lawsuit. She's suing whoever committed abuse on her and is begging the authority, which in this case is me, for help.

- There are more speculations, but the above are the most likely.

So, what I'm seeing is a sad loli who needs to be protected, not lewd. And I, as a defender of justice, a detective, shall do just that. Now, anyone who has any information about her, please come forward.
I'll need her full name, address, phone number, and social security number to check her identity. And then, I'll come to her house to do a thorough investigation.
