I've seen dojinshi with a very similar plot. It's called Oshikake Mao To Gouin Nama Hame Seikatsu if anyone's interested, but there's no English translation.

That's because you're most probably right on the money about that. The Heisei era had its version of this "demon girl & enforced blue balls" plot in the 2006 manga Oretama. 17 years later in the Reiwa era, someone adds an isekai returner twist to that premise, moved the goalposts a bit from no nutting to no knocking up and we get this title.
