Tagumo would be the normal reading of her kanji, but the furigana shows "Taun" The first translators probably changed it because "taun" reads weird to english speakers compared to Tagumo. Shizuka is just my mistake because I'm tired.

I was gonna ask if there was furigana that we weren't aware of since it was such a strange change (heck I think it's weird to say in japanese too)
