@dokidoki Yeah I called this 2 chapters back. The article paints the MC as blackmailing two prominent former adventurers who are also guild employees. If the article is true, the guild has not stepped in, and the guild leader has instead joined the party, then the average person would assume that the guild leader is somehow involved/entrapped too.

As long as Amy is silent, and no one really knows the MC very well other than through "Lucky Boy" then everyone will assume the worst of the MC.

Can anyone help me understand The God Monitor system? Like so is it broadcasting live battle of random parties at random timings? Does that mean up until now none of the battles of MC's party has been broadcasted at all? Because if at least 1 has been broadcasted and shown to the public wouldn't people see how useful he is as a white mage and also the dynamics between him and his party members? With that said, if it's truly random, then how would he be sure that fighting the fire dragon would definitely be broadcasted?
It's just so odd about this whole defamation being believed by most people because none of them actually heard any complaint from either Amy or Garm personally or in the form of public accusation, no proof and even Kamiyu a supposedly strong guild leader supports MC but still most people think she was blackmailed or threatened by a nobody white mage that they look down on? All that just based on an article from a not really reputable/famous reporter but somehow they believed her blindly like a cult? I understand it's a fictional story, but I don't get their logic at all because it's so self-contradicting and the public reactions are too dramatic as if they are some sort of history of resentment and hatred beyond just discrimination towards white mages?? I've been waiting for a more revelation to maybe a conspiracy/manipulation behind the scene but nothing really enlightening so far (or maybe there is but it's not there yet in the story and currently it's only a foreshadowing, which in that case please spoil it for me thanks)...

@Nk9bjP4A, from my understanding, that wing is supposedly a part of a visual "flavor text" for a debuff skill called Feather Dance, a skill Tsutomu probably already has learned sometime off-screen. The detail of the skill is that, the user spread feathers around the battlefield to hinder enemies sight, thus decreasing their accuracy, but as it turns out, a certain Harpy manages to actually modify said skill into an offensive dmg-dealing one.

That wing is just a visual cue for a skill, it's temporary and are not for flight. Why the actual Fly skill doesn't actually give the user wings even only as a allusion, i have no idea.
