Lucky boy nickname - disgusted face. "Oh I'll better kill the Shellcrab to show my skill". Nothing changed after that.
Being framed by bitch - disgusted face. Run to guild quarters. "Oh I better kill Fire drake next".

Why insert the drama if MC never gonna do anything to address it.
At least do an official statement to deny he ever blackmail Amy, with Amy present and backed by the guild leader.
Then sue the paper company (if attorney even exist in that world).

I honestly think that line of thinking is often neglected.
Truly, if the author is going to shove in a major cause of conflict into the story, you'd expect that it'd be something the main cast would be actively dealing with. Otherwise, as seen in this story, it just self-affirms itself as being pointless drama.

MC is a pretty good leader tbh, he's productive, analytical, self-aware, fair and humble. Most of the time most MCs don't even discuss strategies/formations and talk about improvements with party members, unless it's a large scale battle event like a war, or they are just so strong along with powerful teammates that they don't really need any strategy anyway when each of them could take on different enemies in their own ways... But then maybe it's just redundant to frequently elaborate how the characters improve over time behind-the-scene through trainings and reflective practices/discussions. Still it's great to show a MC with good leadership because that's rare.
