loads are broken

basically when loading a new page it either takes forever to load in or stops half way while the rest is either a black section or a multi-colored section, this has been happening for two days now. I know it's not my internet connection because I have High speed internet that runs everything else just fine even online gaming, hope it gets fixed soon😁
