logged in wrong account/account swap

I was logged in to my account a few hours ago, then i refreshed, and noticed that my site customizations were gone, so I tried to check the settings and I noticed that "Chickenitoz" (sorry if I spelled it wrong, I'm going off my memory) was logged in.
Obviously I logged out immediately because I'm not an asshole and there's really nothing to do with the account .

I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem.
