Could not find any translated version of this manga, neither here or other sites. Manga is from early last year according to dates I found, so its pretty new.

Chapters: 10 chapters as far as I could find.
Plot: Not sure, could not trace a official plot summary.

But it looks like a ecchi maid suddenly enters the mc life and she has competition of some sorts.
