Looking for a manga I read awhile back

I remember reading a manga but not sure if it was on this site or not. I want to say it was an Isekai but not entirely sure. I know it was some Adventure manga where the MC had some strong ability. The MC was mentored by a Elf an who may or may not have had a sister living with them in the forest. I believe the Elf worked with Alchemy or something to do with Nature. The MC set out to go explore and the Elf and her sister(?) went looking for him after because they realized something.

I know the Elf and her sister liked the MC.

EDIT: Not entirely sure the Mentor or whatever was an Elf. Either Elf or Human though.
