i'm looking for a manga about a short dude pretend to be weak but OP as heck, i remembered that he's in the military and is a leader of strong girls, and his master is a loli that has tattoo in both arms, she raises kids in lab and send them to war. there's ecchi tag to it tho. pls help me find it, thanks a lot
