I read a manhwa 5 or 6 years ago and I can't remember the name.
It was a story that took place in the 21th century, no super power involved. From what I remember it's a father (retired policeman If I remember correctly) who basically got into trouble (don't remember if it's his kids or him that did something). But basically the climax (from what I remember) is that his daugther get kidnapped and he try to save her (but he don't suceed and she die). At the end of the story he go turn himself in for the rampage he caused trying to find his daugther.
I know it's not much but it was so long ago I don't remember a lot more :/
