A few months ago now I think I read an interesting isekai manga, but whether I wasn't logged in on that device or simply forgot, I don't think I remembered to add it to my reading list, and I haven't been able to find it with tag searching. Of the things I definitely remember:
MC wasn't given language on isekai, and started with just a few words and learning bit by bit from there
I do believe he had powerful abilities, but it felt a lot more laid back. he had his own home a ways away from the closest town.
Eventually, he and I believe his wife? girlfriend? something like that, fled the region because of trouble with the local lord and not wanting to have it escalate more, they left. that's around where it was when I read it.
If anyone recognizes the manga, please let me know!
