Looking for manga where main theme is Bullying or Depression(please no manhwa)

Yeah so as the title says I'm looking for manga on a rather grim topic, preferably seinen manga which tackles the issue in a more serious way rather than those school bully fighting manga, also it doesn't have to be bullying just anything where the MC is struggling(preferably adolescence since it's more relatable for me). While I would like to see the MC overcome his issues, even if he doesn't that's fine. Better if it already has a few dozen chapters.
The reason I don't want manhwa is because they normally end up being some gang fight manga like lookism or study group.

not sure this is exactly what you are looking for. I think it is one people will either love or hate. Even though it is not my usual type, I found myself coming back to it and reading a few chapters at a time. There is coverage of depression and bullying but may not be to the degree you want or are looking for. Ignore the title. Completed with 72 chapters.

You might like Himizu (Highschooler) and She doesn't know why she lives (Mid-20s). If you're up for something a bit less grounded but with similar bleak themes, I can strongly recommend Spectral Wizard and its sequel (as well as any other Imitation Crystal series, really).
