if you like Isekai / medical a little this is another one I thought of. It's a little hit or miss for me but the guy opens a pharmacy to server the commoners not just the wealthy. There is a mix of having to make money, magic...

https://mangadex.org/title/20398/isekai-yakkyoku

Two other isekai that I thought you might like, but unfortunately I can't remember the names, maybe someone here will recognize them.
The first, I'm really liking and looking forward to more is about a woman who marries the prince, but is unhappy, becomes nasty and disruptive and in the end gets not only herself but her family killed. She did not mean to get her family killed and regrets here action in death. Current day, she is reincarnated, becomes a surgeon to make amends. She becomes one of the best, but dies in a plane crash and ends up being reincarnated as her former self before her marriage. She decides to break off the wedding but the king does not want this. As deal she goes to work at a hospital and starts saving people. She has to make a significant contribution to the kingdom or marry the prince. I'm enjoying it quite a bit but unfortunately didn't bookmark it / add to iist.

The other is an isekai with summoning but slightly different then many. A queen has to marry and have a child but there is no one she wants. She decides to summon this guy because he meets certain requirements. When he is brought over he is actually given the choice to stay or not. He is told that if he wants he can have minimal responsibilities. He stays, marries her and they actually become a real couple. It is mix of some minor politics, ex: he is given a gift at a party and depending on how he responds will possibly create a political debt. Focuses more on the interactions of being married into royalty. It is different in there are no huge battles and other stuff. It is actually pretty good because of the difference isekai story line for a change. There is magic but not over the top. Again didn't bookmark / add to the list and can't find it now.

If someone here knows the names, I think you would like both.

One other thing you might try are the categories here: https://www.mangaupdates.com/categories.html
Ex: https://www.mangaupdates.com/categories.html?letter=MON Has a list of the different monster categories including the monster girls you mentioned.

It is not a reading site but more of just a database for manga / novels. But what I have done that worked well for me is worked my way down to Isekai or other subjects and then just started walking through the list. I've found some good stuff with that. If I see something interesting I just read a chapter or two to see if it looks interesting. They also have an advanced search.

The anime didn't do the series any justice in my opinion (op was on point though), but don't let me stop you go for it and marvel at a bad adaptation so you can shit talk about it like the rest of us.

@schlo the second one you're trying to think of is Risou no Himo Seikatsu. I dont know about the other one, though, as i've seen many novels or manhua with that sort of plot.

On the topic of Risou no Himo Seikatsu, i would recommend it. It's actually one of the more... 'grounded' Isekai stories, partly because both protagonists are actually mature adults.

@Dreaguh Oh my gosh you actually checked every single manga that people recommended you? Well you earned my respect, that must've took your entire day.

Also for the rock paper scissors, give it five chapters, I can assure you that you'll get hooked.

Also, I can assure you the sleepy loli in the Demon castle thing never gets old. The mangaka is super creative.

@Sabruness Thank you for the title name. And your description, grounded, describes the title perfectly and is exactly what I was trying to get across.
On the other title yeah, it is cookie cutter. The biggest difference that I saw was the double reincarnation and just how much focus is one the surgeries and saving people. Where I left off she was even serving at the front line of a war in a makeshift hospital for the surgeons.

found it but it looks like they have removed most of the English translations. https://mangadex.org/title/29474/doctor-elise-the-royal-lady-with-the-lamp
