Looking for romance manga

Okay this one is very generic. Tipical popular girl gets with loner kinda deal its old like 2016 or something
But what made this one standout was that both the MC and the Heroine Have BFF, the heroine friend is really mean to everyone specially to the MC, the MC friend is tall handsome or something and halfway thru the story the Heroine friend starts dating the MC friend. Thats all i can remember

Its not, but her personality is somewhat similar to the friend. I kinda remember the MC look similar to Misogi from Medaka Box.

I found it Tonari no Kashiwagi-san and my memory was off shes not mean shes just indifferent but she does insult the MC here and there. Also way older than 2016... it was 2010

I've read that and it's a huge nothingburger.
Main characters barely have any progress even at the very end, it's a rare manga that made me feel like I wasted my time reading it.
