Hello iam Rômulo iam looking for the following series, i think it is a manhwa but as iam not sure post the thread as series.
The main character distribute his stats maxing his potential and lowering all the others(maybe besides luck), and the sistem kind have a crush on him and gets sad that hi is gona get ugly(because low charm), also he gets various debuffs like, uglines, obesity, asthma and others due to his low base status(think it was 1 each).
