Looking for this manga

If I remember correctly it was a story set in a fantasy world in which the MC found a new group of adventurers who would die in the mission and he would get a power-up because of it.

Was it the one where the Hero has to team kill his own team mates with his sword because he's always level one and basically they all get flowery and shet and his team killing levels are only temporary so he has to keep doing it to save the world by killing giant boss monsters?

God, I forgot the name.
