Rather than using a vague nonsense word I suggest you just say something like "the decision to give the guide of death big breasts and a figure-hugging dress was done for no reason other than to sexually titillate the male audience and I don't like that"
That's what your complaint really is. You don't like that you can tell that this manga features content intended for sexual titillation of males, you find it indecent, inappropriate , lewd, immodest . You feel prudish basically.
There's nothing wrong with you feeling like that. It's actually quite endearing when women/girls (this a particularly maidenly response) feel like restraining/limiting the libidos of males out of some discomfort/aversion with male libido. It serves a useful purpose in society.

I'm European too. Do you think its illegitimate or distracting for any any story to feature content intended to sexually titillate? That is a remarkably similar view to prudishness.
I'd understand if the idea was that it's distracting given that this particular manga is a serious horror/drama/mystery (so far) so sexually titillating content doesn't gel with the tone, takes you out of the moment and prevents you becoming immersed. That's more reasonable than I thought you were being initially
But then the problem would be having sexually titillating content in this genre rather than having sexually titillating content in any manga of any woman.
Sexual arousal is a pretty normal and important part of human experience and it's understandable and legitimate that an author would for example want us to empathise with that situation that a character is going through. The main argument against doing this is that it could be immodest, indecent, inappropriate, smutty, spreads perversion etc. and other prudish concerns. I'm not using prudish to mean unjustified btw. I sympathise with and value prudishness to a decent degree.

You know, it's not particularly smart to advertise a manga on "overwhelming artistic skill" when the art is slightly above average at best. Heavy hitters from Shonen Jump like Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academia have a more distinctive and polished style. Vagabond is a manga with "overwhelming artistic skill" on display. I've read ecchi series and slice of life manga with more compelling art than this. This artist does detailed gore and that's just about it, and that's not even a rare skill in the manga industry.
