Are we just assuming that after passing the gate the respawn point relocates there? Otherwise it'd be completely unremarkable that there were people outside with inside knowledge.
These gate campers must be so happy to have so many new people inside to spawnfarm for flesh.

P.s. Rereading how it works their bodies were formed by the flowers in the starting zone that the author went out if his way to show here as well, so I'll grant him that one.

Really hope the old cast would make a come back later in the story, the loli and the gyaru and the villagers. However since they has crossed the gate and the story is now more of a fighting genre, its quite hard to fit them in since they're pure human drama material lol
