what’s the point in investing in this story? to watch temporary characters fell in love? what to look forward? i don't know, we don't know, story just started and only the author know the ending. that is the reason why i buy the manga, so she can continue and give me the answer.

The goal was already stated. Koharu does enough work as a cupid she gets to have a second chance at life. That's what every cupid wants.

I am glad there has been some response to the series being threatened but I can't say that this kind of advertising (6.7) appeals to me. If the mangaka wants to promote it via short 'chapters' on twitter I think it would do more good to stick with the short stories like previous or else make them connected to the main story.

I really hope this continues. I absolutely love Inee sensei's artwork plus you don't really see story settings like this often. Each of the characters are interesting and I would hate to not be able to know them more. Sure there will be some people who will find this boring, but it's still just the first volume. Who knows if the author would surprise us or let us down going on from now. Heck I'd take this over another isekai story

when supposed romance story is about temporary secondary characters love story is really not gonna keep many people interesting.

It's the same thoughts for me at first but I realized as I read it further from the main story there are things I thought of might Koharu and Aki will meet someday, there's a hope if Koharu will fall in love hoping for Aki or if there's a catch to the story, another mc will show up. It's kinda slow burn for me, it's a learning process for Koharu, earn points to be human again and experience love.

People are too pre-occupied with wanting some big insta-gratification romance payoff for the protagonist when that's not really the point. The main premise for the series is the cupid stuff, mainly focusing on the competition between cupids and figuring out the good matches for their targets with each mission. It's fine if that's not what you're interested in, but it's just weird to be complaining about not getting another generic romance-centric series (look at the front page of MangaDex! There's already so many of those!) when that's not what this series is supposed to be at all.

I am a very character centered person. But this is one those rare finds where I am more into the story itself. Y'all please support the author. You can just tell each character and each panel is drawn with lots of love. Fighting sensei

Feels more than a little obvious to me that the plot is in fact going to exactly be the MC finding love and that the cupids not being allowed to find love is an allegory for how she didn't "allow" herself to find love for herself in life

Since they specifically mention five years my cope is that she earns her second shot at life and that she ends up able to meet and confess again to the childhood friend. Yes she had to set her up with someone else but even good relationships aren’t always guaranteed to last forever. MC learns about love in all of its forms. Time passes for both to grow as people, and then they reunite. I’d like that.

Literally this, the foreshadowing and potential conflict+resolution involving this was touched in the first chapter XD

Anyway, if people dont like it thats okay, we just have to work twice as hard to get love bullet into the big leagues where it belongs!

There are so many subtleties to romance and sentiments that the mangaka has shown to master in the first arc, honestly so glad the sales jumped. I just hope it's enough to be a lifeline for the manga.

A story about literally playing cupid while exploring the intricacies of romance from an outside perspective, while following a ragtag group of supportive (and competitive) rivals, each one with their own backstories, peppered with lesbians and legitimately interesting action sequences on a soft artstyle? Really not sure what else to ask for.

You're viewing it a tad too literal. The cupids, in reality, are not entirely human, they are forces of nature. Personifications of love that strike seemingly at random without regard for collateral damage. In much the way the Greek gods were personifications of the chaotic and mercurial world they lived in.
Koharu's shooting Aki is violent yes. But it's because it was a violent act for Koharu, not for Aki. Aki had her agency, choosing to move on and move forward and it was Koharu who released her.
