Praying that one day love-bullet will get big enough for an official Casio L-91W crossover watch![]()
I probably didn't need to put as much effort into editing the Cupid Casio F-91W into this as I did.

From the look of things, she doesn't appear to have any choice in the matter. Her class gets time-looped after what appears to be a set amount of time. The implication appears to be that she's been stuck dealing with this loop ever since she first became an angel and as such has been learning from pure trial and error despite ostensibly having become an angel "a few days ago." Which puts a lot of her prior comments and behavior in a new light.Did she time-loop her god damn class?
Did she try to get them to get over her again and again and again and it just didn't work or didn't stick, ending up racking up tons of experience, but never being able to get the two people who actually cared about her to be happy and able to move on from this?
And I can't help but notice that Chiyo does not seem particularly surprised by any of this.
Okay, that actually makes a hell of a lot of sense...Okay so something that still doesn't make 100% sense. Chiyo knows Ena. Not only does she know Ena but she has a history with her, which obviously can't happen if Ena was only born as a cupid a few days ago. I feel that only works if Chiyo somehow entered the loop before and then left. I guess we can also take that to mean that the loop isn't fully closed, but time does pass normally outside of it.
So Chiyo must've entered the loop at some point, been unable to help resolve it and left. Its possible Chiyo was meant to be Ena's senpai but I kinda think that might be the role of the unnamed angel we've seen in the twitter art (that or she was the one interfering back in chapter 13). After leaving the timeloop she finds Koharu and Kanna, and on recognizing Koharu's abilities believes that she might be able to help out Ena so she brings them both into the loop.
There's still the issue that Ena apparently transitioned from dead human to cupid almost instantly (presumably) while the five years koharu took was unusual, I don't think zero gestation time is typical either. I mean something's obviously gone very wrong, maybe the weird figure in the last panel is a foetal Ena? idk.
So, we have no idea WHEN the class is. There’s no actual indication that they are from this year, they could be from decades ago. You are certainly right about Chiyo, but Chiyo also said that this was “her territory”. So Ena is definitely stuck in this time loop: the timer on her watch proves it. And the answer to getting out is simple: getting those two people to fall in love with each other. Making the boy fall in love proved to Ena that it was possible, but she still feels like it’s her responsibility. And there is no “dark” cupid, this is just something that happens with some cupids for some reason. Ena has just been really bad at solving it because she’s not good at empathy.Okay so something that still doesn't make 100% sense. Chiyo knows Ena.
