I probably didn't need to put as much effort into editing the Cupid Casio F-91W into this as I did.
Praying that one day love-bullet will get big enough for an official Casio L-91W crossover watch

Did she time-loop her god damn class?
Did she try to get them to get over her again and again and again and it just didn't work or didn't stick, ending up racking up tons of experience, but never being able to get the two people who actually cared about her to be happy and able to move on from this?
And I can't help but notice that Chiyo does not seem particularly surprised by any of this.
From the look of things, she doesn't appear to have any choice in the matter. Her class gets time-looped after what appears to be a set amount of time. The implication appears to be that she's been stuck dealing with this loop ever since she first became an angel and as such has been learning from pure trial and error despite ostensibly having become an angel "a few days ago." Which puts a lot of her prior comments and behavior in a new light.

Your first day on the job, being the mess you were a part of? Yikes.... But is that just unlucky, cause most cupids don't remember how they die,d right? Even if they do, they barely remember their story.

Okay so something that still doesn't make 100% sense. Chiyo knows Ena. Not only does she know Ena but she has a history with her, which obviously can't happen if Ena was only born as a cupid a few days ago. I feel that only works if Chiyo somehow entered the loop before and then left. I guess we can also take that to mean that the loop isn't fully closed, but time does pass normally outside of it.

So Chiyo must've entered the loop at some point, been unable to help resolve it and left. Its possible Chiyo was meant to be Ena's senpai but I kinda think that might be the role of the unnamed angel we've seen in the twitter art (that or she was the one interfering back in chapter 13). After leaving the timeloop she finds Koharu and Kanna, and on recognizing Koharu's abilities believes that she might be able to help out Ena so she brings them both into the loop.

There's still the issue that Ena apparently transitioned from dead human to cupid almost instantly (presumably) while the five years koharu took was unusual, I don't think zero gestation time is typical either. I mean something's obviously gone very wrong, maybe the weird figure in the last panel is a foetal Ena? idk.

Okay, that actually makes a hell of a lot of sense...

Ah, of course that’s the end of volume two. Massive cliffhanger right as we’re really getting into things. Well, it worked. Eager for volume 3!

So, we have no idea WHEN the class is. There’s no actual indication that they are from this year, they could be from decades ago. You are certainly right about Chiyo, but Chiyo also said that this was “her territory”. So Ena is definitely stuck in this time loop: the timer on her watch proves it. And the answer to getting out is simple: getting those two people to fall in love with each other. Making the boy fall in love proved to Ena that it was possible, but she still feels like it’s her responsibility. And there is no “dark” cupid, this is just something that happens with some cupids for some reason. Ena has just been really bad at solving it because she’s not good at empathy.

Suddenly getting the vibes that perhaps the Cupid who was hypnotizing Touma when his friends were bullying Hasumi, and the student Hasumi ran back for during the landslide is both the New Cupid from her birthday illustration. My theory is that the new Cupid have something to do with Ena's circumstances, by either being the cause of her death (when Hasumi ran back to look for her, possibly during the cupid's infiltration with the class under the assumption that she was a student) and involved in her quick revival, or the one who simply caused this loop in the first place. Ena said that the class was her territory, but with the flashback of Touma while Hasumi was alive we know there was already someone on Ito and Touma's case, so the job was likely passed to her.

It also fits into the implied parallels between Koharu and Ena, like the good person-not a good person thing that Ena fixates on; Ena died and was immediately given the job to pair up someone she knew when she was alive but unlike Koharu is doing a terrible job at it. We might even be able to take it a step further and theorize that the loop is happening within the school trip bc Ena is looking to be (somehow? perhaps involving Miss New Cupid) revived during this period so she can naturally transition back to her old life since she doesn't believe herself fit to be a cupid, unlike Koharu who had accepted that she'll eventually be revived but can't go back exactly to her old life.

WAITTT, is this Ena like Homura from Madoka Magica where she's been reliving the same few days (willingly or not)? If this is true, then I can only imagine how sad her true reason for doing this is or why this is even happening to her in the first place :(

Thanks for the chapter :D

So many twists this chapter. Apparently we're in a time loop now? But, this doesn't make sense, since Ena definitely was outside of a time loop in chapter 0 (Koharu's second mission), she is experienced with cupid-ing, and she has history with Chiyo. This can't be the case if she is both Hasumi and was born as a cupid a few days ago. She has enough karma to buy a cupid Claymore mine, for goodness' sake!

I like how the time space-stretch makes the shape of a heart: it means that another cupid is involved here.

This chapter

As such, my theory is simple (but probably completely off base). Ena is Hasumi, but she wasn't born as a cupid a few days ago. This has to do with the mystery cupid from Ena's birthday arts. In the second drawing, the mystery cupid is seen to have red skin; if cupids exist, why not evil demonic cupid things?

I suspect that Ena essentially made a demonic pact with the mystery cupid for whatever reason, which allowed her to live as the human Hasumi but also forces her to be stuck in a time loop. This explains why Ena has a Claymore mine active at her base's doorstep: she really does not want to meet Ms. mystery cupid again. She's also really suspicious of pacts, which supports my theory.

Chapter 13

Interestingly, Ena doesn't seem to have the goal of getting Touma and Kitano together, since she splashes water on the two.

Chiyo also seems to know about this situation, since she is not surprised at all by the time loop. In chapter 11, she even refers to Ena splashing water on Kitano's confession as "inevitable"...

My brain is getting fried, so I'm not going to theorize any more lol

On second thought (see my comment above):

Something I noticed is that based off of her calendar, Ena came to the field trip on July 3 (the start of the field trip) and had no idea about the time loop at the time. However, something happened on July 3 which caused her to fail her mission, convinced her that Kitano and Azuma shouldn't be together, and made her realize that time will loop the moment July 6 begins. I suspect this event is her meeting with Ms. mystery cupid.

Since the landslide happened in July 3, I think Ena tried to find the missing classmate as Hasumi, but it turned out that the missing classmate was Ms. mystery cupid, who likely declared that she will be interfering with Ena's mission and trapped Ena in a time loop, possibly as part of the terms of her pact with Ena.

Again, this is all speculation and there are still many things that don't match up. For example, I still have no explanation for why Ena is human as Hasumi.
