I'm going to ask why at start of this chapter Sacchan announces that she's going to be wearing a bra and breast forms, the reason she hasn't been is that it's a bother apparently That clearly makes no sense as it's been established that she's trans-femme, also shouldn't she be taking hormones?

Probably because outside of her cafe it's frowned upon, since the atmosphere has became more lax and they express themselves more openly she became more confident at least there.

Also, yeah, hormones, bra will not need padding.

Ten and Mei seem to push more feminine side of Mogumo more and Tetsu with Kotone seems like to also prefer ze that way too, Mogumo is neither but likes to wear female clothing could wear male as well, that's just clothing.

It wouldn't surprise me if Kotone be a lesbian, as she mentioned same gender is a no-no and possible marriage, just that her supporting Mogumo being more feminine is what she finds attractive as she pushes ze to wear feminine clothing.

Kotone is wrong in her outburst, but also kinda right in a way that Tetsu making up his mind about his relationship with Mogumo as ze clearly has a feelings towards him.
