Ah, yea I get where you're coming from. There was a scene like that in "class president is a maid" that pissed me off, but its generally pretty rare to see a completely forced kiss. Also, I think its not so much that the writers think that it's ok as it is that they think it's how the character would act in the moment. Also, it seems to me that Japan has a bit of a different culture around it.
