….. wait, does this actually work…?
This could work. I'll try next pay.
Honestly, I don't think this gonna work. Depends on the potato chips flavour, the taste can be salty/awful.

The egg cooking methode MIGHT work, but I will question how good it is as its COOKED WITH A PLASTIC AND HEAT IT UP. This mean the plastic smell COULD mixed in.

For safe/amateur try out, always go with trusty pan and stove. I imagine to cook it with whipping 2-3 eggs on cold pan, put the crushed potato chips (essentially dried potato and seasoning), put a bit of water (maybe 4 spoons).
Now turn on stove, medium fire, stir it well, and as the eggs about to cook (1-2 minutes on mid-big fire) put a lid on the stove, turn the fire off, wait for 3 minutes to ensure the eggs cooked throughly.
Open lid, plate it, and using the leftover heat, put a bit of butter and wait till it melts before digging in.

Plastic wrap is fine unless everything is dry. It's pretty common in certain cooking cultures. It's a staple in the frozen food industry too. I'll be putting a small jar half filled with water in the microwave with it to make sure though. You won't get any plastic flavour or smell unless it burns which needs dry heat.

For the chips, it just depends on the quality and flavour, I'll be trying with Red Rock Deli who have a Braised Brisket flavour out at the moment. Not too salty.

The whole reason for this is laziness and trying new things. No point using the pan as I've done that enough to know exactly how it'll turn out. If it fails, I can toss it and wash the cup, no biggie.

Can't learn new things if you're running away at potential signs of failure.

Being lazy means being efficient with what you do, to have a longer time to be couch potato. Testing new thing is the reverse of being lazy.
It is good if it works, but if it is not? You will waste food and still hungry, will end up cooking again or maybe order a takeout. It doubles the work and throwing away the time you can use to laze around.
VS methode that you FULLY understand and know how it will turned out, minimum risk of failure, will take at worst 10 minutes to fulfill your needs, and be lazy with the rest of the time.
