aw the daughter looks cute. altho i can imagine it'd be a struggle to deal with a child everyday as a single mom as opposed to living as a divorcee /bachelorette
dang it must suck if a kid is picky about their parents cooking but while a moms karage might be diff than a family restaurant you'd think she'd be happy they spent all that effort versus them being bratty/shameless and like "bring me here/buy me this" if not making it together
hm, if it's not too salty i'd wanna try the soy sauce garlic on tonkatsu/cutlet, had it as korean fried chicken but it was way more soy/salty and not rly much of a distinct garlic taste but i prolly would've preferred a dry rub/dipping sauce versus a heavy marinade b/c i prolly would've wanted like half the intensity haha
other than specific spices some kids might not like the texture of meat. or end up eating something burned/raw and assume it'd be that bad the next time too but it's nice that it worked out
