Wait this doesn't make sense. First Zepar said "we can't form a contract because you don't actually love him, it's just lust", then the next night she's like "Well, this much lust is good enough, lets form a contract". Make up your GD mind Zepar. Either lust alone is good enough to form a contact or it is not. Her equating a person to a manga character does not equal falling in love.

@degenerateafro I guess it must be some kind of basis for the contract, like there needs to be lust and at least some romantic interest. Before, sensei only was "interested" because she saw Usui and Takatsuki together, coupled with the after-class incident. But now, thanks to her equating the MC to that manga character, the romantic interest was enough for the contract.

I dunno, it makes a bit of sense for me, at least.

She has 0 relationship experience and wants to fall in love. But she rejects every guy who approaches her because she wants some chance encounter. Ladies, this is how you sabotage yourselves. There is no such thing as price charming who'll come sweep you off your feet. If there is something you want, you have to go out and get it. Don't wait for it to come to you. The same with the guys. You're not going to get a supermodel. Get real. The women in those magazines are photoshop'd to hell and back. And a lot of the women who do look like that have the personalities of goldfish.

Also, a lot of you who are saying that this contract is spreading like a virus. You're wrong. The reason the contract activated in the teacher is because she read the book. Similar to how the MC read it. In the previous chapter, she picked up the book, said she couldn't read it, then reacted like she discovered something. So she summoned Zepar after watching MC and Usui. Makes sense to me.

@Digi-Lib You are wrong. The contract Zepar proposes comes up every time someone has a love interest in MC/a curiousity how it would be doing lovey dovey things with MC. The book is just the real representation that the contract was formed. The cover look different of each. So there is something in it.

@Airwave2k2 I don't think so. Because Usui was interested in the MC before she got a book, but nothing happened. It was only after she got the book that she made a contract. The same with the teacher, she wasn't given a contract until after she read part of the book to summon Zepar. Also with Rikka. She was interested in MC from the start, but she didn't make a contract until after she read the book.

@Digi-Lib And here you are confused. All the girls have lustfull dreams about doing stuff with a significant other. Then Zepar channeling the Lust into a contract. Usui as of Chapter 3 only got a glimps if anything of the book before Rikka shouted: NO. Don't. The only one who actually read the book and summoned Zepar was Rikka at this point.
But in her lust dreams of MC Usui get a visit and then makes the contract, which leads to having her a second book as a representation of said contract. Also Sensei isn't shown to speak out some formula when she got hands on the book. Rather she had a dream about MC as her partner after witnessing their doing, and got seduced by Zepar to make the contract in the dream state.

@Airwave2k2 I disagree. Those dreams happened after they get in contact with the books. Usui went to the bookstore before she had the dream as well. Usui was interested in the MC before she saw the book. Yet only after she gets in contact with it does she start having the dreams. The fact that Sensei said that she couldn't read any of it, then had a surprised reaction right after saying it, kinda implies that the she was able to read the portion that summons Zepar, this scene was mirroring what happened when the MC first got the book.
