Alright, for those wishing to know if the story is good or not, I’ll give a simple review if it means anything.
The MC before Isekai: He already lived in a fantasy world before being transported, to *another* fantasy world. So there’s that.
MC personality: He is the *pure* embodiment of neutral good I think, he doesn’t at all wish to take part in any wars, he just wants to live his life with his wife. He is also quite naive.
MC harem status: NO HAREM! There is no harem in this, he is loyal to his wife, just as she is to him, any attempt of other women forming a harem for him gets denied by the wife, with extreme prejudice.
Side characters: While the wife is a step above the other side characters in terms of how they act, the rating of the average side character is generally: kinda good, not much screen time compared to the wife and MC, average in the other aspects.
At the end of the day I would say it’s an 8/10. It’s enjoyable to read, but I wouldn’t put it high on the “must read” list. Read it when you want something decent, and are tired of waiting for your desired 9 and 10 rated manga to release another chapter.
