Despite the title, any romance is implied at best (even if the second girl is clearly quite stalkerish). I'm quite tempted to remove the GL tags entirely.

It's okay.
Doesn't really feel like love or romance, the comedy comes with a bit of horror (suddenly growing hamster ears one day, getting kicked out of your apartment because landlady doesn't like hamsters and some mad scientist trying to remove your ears. Kinda scary out of context)
