At first it bothered me, but then it hit me that the only reason it was a bother is because I perceived them as the "good guys". The abyss is quite punishing enough not to plunder and kill before others get you. They could be killing delvers to take their stuff, so that their mouths to feed doesn't increase unnecessarily or even to prevent any kind of information leaking that might happen from a surviving delver. Since Srajo didn't bother explaining or show any kind of remorse over it that kind of explanation seems likely.

He is a true chad. To the great credit of Japanese pedo authors: when they draw rugged, adult men, they pull no punches. This man looks like a Euro-American adventurer out of the 19th-century or some kind of Ancient Aryan Steppe-warrior reborn.

Our protagonists haven't been mugging everyone they come across and they're doing great.

From out POV maybe but from an outsider: Riko left a bunch of massive holes through the Abyss, a big dent on the Ido Front and wiped out an entire city with all its inhabitants not leaving a single one escape to tell the story. It would be pretty funny if she eventually meet someone who left the surface much later and they are surprised that the fearsome white whistle they heard about is a snotty kid.

He originally used to draw adult rugged men and he still does occasionally. At school his kouhai was way more popular by drawing cute girls so he started drawing cute girls too and the two developed their style together so it is nearly indistinguishable. His kouhai is his assistant now.

I think you give them too much credit. You could also argue that the harshness of the abyss makes cooperation more logical.

and also for @AlvoradaGD they seem to be on positive relationship with Lyza, remember big bear lady frustrated like Lyza's child is dead, "what kind of bs are you talking?" etc.

guys you say this looks like an uterus.
But I have a bit complaint.
I see it like miniature of the world, the thing in the middle would be the final destination, that connecting structure is also symetrical at the bottom side, so if that structure is abyss, there has to be another abyss connecting opposite.
Remember the hariyomari collection about the bird cage, it is a cage without a key. if this is a miniature of that world, and is said to a be a cage, it wouldn't absurd, They are in abyss and because of th curse they are unable to get out of the abyss...

Ok so wtf these guys can do like Gluttony from Re:zero erasing people? well not quite the same just memories. They can't remove physical stuff so not as crazy but memories change for the same effect. They have a guy that has control of time/space as well damn. Good on them for helping heal Nanachi but still they're terrifying huh hunting delvers. I hope Nanachi gets well quick.

We got Prushka again after so long. I wonder what she has to say?

Also there's paper that you can only write the truth on? Isn't that hella useful? you could figure out many things I feel if you test it.
