Nah, if i remember correctly it's the same as the WN, it's just the art style that makes it look more light hearted. As for the harem part, don't know what you mean, but there are 5 girls... Ichika (grandpa's bodyguard), Midori (MC's step sister) Rushia and the twins.

i have seen manga were character's that were in the originally web novel were removed or new character's were added, some make's a character more good or evil, and some change the fate of some character's, do you think the manga creator might keep the plot the same as the web novel or do you think that their might be changes in future chapters?

Maybe some minor changes, but i think the main points will not be changed. This is a well known author with a ton of stories and manga. I compared a few of them and non had any real changes. The only thing that can affect this for sure is "the axe", but let's how it doesn't get to that...

It shows a lot of maturity and lack of care for his job. What if the author complained after this about the weird situation to his boss then MC would get fired, of course author is in love with MC so that would never happen but under a normal circumstances it would warrant him being fired
