The title and the first chapter made me rolled my eyes....
However, it becomes very interesting. Solid pace and world-building with likeable MC (though the incest is questionable. I think it's too hasty to put that tag).
The duo MC and sister reminds me of Joshua & Estelle from Trails in the Sky

Noooo I loved this manga! Is the LN translated?
The Light Novel haven't been translated, and there are only 2 Volumes of it (both released in 2020).
As for the Web Novel, it's still Ongoing, with the latest chapter (Chapter 173) released on 24th June 2023 as of writing this post.
The Web Novel have been fan-translated until Chapter 39 (released on April 29th 2023).
Not sure why that Tag is used on MD, as it's been already clarified in the story that they are not related by blood within the early few chapters.

Let's see, he blushes every time he peaks at her in a state of undress... explicitly states the only reason they won't get married is because they're blood-related... offers to give up on ever getting married to spend his whole life with her and adopt kids instead. Heck, the way he triggers his magic is by confessing to her. Oh and you notice that big fat "incest" tag under the genres? That ain't there by coincidence. Sure, they might not show him with a literal boner but the intent is clear. It's even worse in the web novel where Rose basically doesn't exist and they're bio and fuck.

as for the manga goes
1. they aren't related if you read the story
2. he is mentally an old guy.. what other reaction do you expect? instead you wanna turn embarassment into hornyness

I'm not sirenif it has good writing because ManhuaFreak are attempting the translation... which means the first three chapters actually get proofread, and then they pay wall the other chapters and drop the PR.
I've read a lot of MF's attempts at TL, and they all start strong, and then taper off.
