I just realized with this chapter that Ebi was a genuine boy since the beginning.
I thought he was a tomboy girl or something because of his appearance (long ponytail, hair ribbon. very long stripped socks...)

Also, I've translated some part that are still in japanese (the page number I mentioned are MangaDex pages), if it could help you:
-Page 17, last panel: "Welcome~"
-Page 19 on the pancake: "Come bother us and you're dead"
-Page 21, second panel: "What's with that outfit..."
-Page 21 on the note: "Hiromi is playing the bad guy so go show that squid girl your cool side and capture her heart♥!!"
-Page 21, Hiromi's thought: "Why I'm doing this..."
-Page 22, last panel with the waiter in the background: "Are you okay, dear customer?"
-Page 23, first panel (most likely someone from the shop, since page 17 was a welcoming): "Thank you very much~..."

There's just page 14 on the third panel, I wasn't sure of the meaning.
And page 29 on the third panel. I'm not sure how was the original meaning for the rest of the dialogue that could might help but Hiromi mentionned something about Kaisentarou, which is another supposition about naming the "baby" or a reference to an Izayaka which sell mostly seefood.
