If you mean like the treasure chest, no. Basically at the end of some volumes there is going to be an 'Ero-trap Dungeon', this upcoming one is water guns making them progressively more revealed. This is one of the tamest. But the closest any of the others come to that point is the weird Livestream Battle from the end of the most recent volume, but 1) Kousuke is in the danger role as Ludie gets mind controlled into being a dominatrix, and 2) the other girls who join in are only ever touched by each other. The orcs trying to touch Kousuke get slaughtered by Ludie. The next closest is probably the stealth dungeon, but again Kousuke is the only one who is really effected.

Again, Kousuke is going to take the 'L' for every one of them. While most of them have some negative reactions, Kousuke basically jumps into the danger to preserve their modesty.

In short, I'd consider it a no. If you are worried about actual NTR, then the closest you can think of any NTR is the fact that Kousuke pulls most of the named women in the series. Iori (the protagonist), has never shown a romantic inclination to any, and we haven't seen any woman have a romantic inclination to Iori. Ludie does join Iori's dungeon party at times, but it is because Iori, Kousuke, and Ludie are friends; and also because entering the dungeon is required by school for grades.

If you wanted to consider that the girls touch each other, the one in the last volume with Ludie had Claris, Yukine, and a few others touch each other for what is essentially livestream battles. But that is (literally) the equivalent of streaming girls playing up being gay for views. The touching bit is Claris gets mobbed by the three other girls acting as animals; a dog, a cat, and a fox respectively; in an attempt to win viewership with safe but lewd acts (licking is the worst the girls really did). There was no actual audience beyond the dungeon mobs/weird AI assigning them viewer points and comments. On the other hand Kousuke had a real fear of brainwashed Ludie doing stuff to him.

None of the girls are in a relationship with him, and the only times they really are shown to 'touch' each other are with Kousuke present if I recall. The issue in Mobsekai was compounded because they did so to comfort themselves after the marriage, and the Japanese fanbase is very weird about purity in relationships. Not that the fan base on here is much better, since Claire got hammered for her actions outside a relationship. . . before she met Leon.

Going back to Magical Explorer, the only time Lesbian relationship stuff really even comes up is the time when Kousuke fusion danced with Nanami to become a girl to infiltrate Amaterasu Girl's Academy. Iori also fuses with an Angel to do the same, and that might be a sticking point but . . . see prior comment. Honestly, the yuri bait might be more Yaoi bait in this instance. That entire event though is a major callout to a pretty famous older VN. Also, the main instigator, Nanami, of any act is very clearly 1,000,000,000% attracted to Kousuke on a fundamental level.
