If anyone wonders, 119 is the emergency number for medical emergencies, or in this case, an ambulance. In Japan, it is also used as the emergency number for the fire brigade.¹ However, in my country, the emergency number for the fire brigade is 113.

Fun fact: In my country, the suicide prevention center also uses 119. Unfortunately, this number cannot provide immediate assistance for suicide first aid, but you can always call an ambulance for the aftermath.
