Although the story so far has not indicated the extent of Shiny Coco's abilities, powered up or not, Chapter 13 seems to imply that the most powerful of the group of Magical Curry, Foret Noire, Pretty Saku-Nyan, and Lord Kaiserk the Maniacal Girl, is Magical Curry. In Chapter 13, she was able to overcome Lord Kaiserk's Abyssal Hand with merely a 'twist of her wrist' ! The implication is that she is more powerful, albeit maybe only slightly more than that of Lord Kaiserk. Why, in Chapter 55, Pretty Saku-Nyan's power was able to subdue Lord Kaiserk at Yui's birthday party, showing the Lord does have limitations on her power. Plus, after the attack from Shiny Coco, it is only Magical Curry that is able to stand up and announce that she is not down and out yet ! It's possible that Magical Curry has the ultimate power, but is unaware or unskilled of how to access or use it to her best advantage. We will have to see how the story unfolds this close to the end of the manga.

there's "gonna be the twintail" it's a light novel series with 21 volumes(sadly no official translation and the fan translation stopped partway through volume 6), it has a 12 episode anime series(that has a flipping english dub too, they went through all that effort to get a dub but not get someone to license the ln in english) and a like 12 chapter manga

the premise is that a dude turns into a "magical twintailed girl" it has some minor similiarities to this manga, mc has a female childhoood friend that also becomes a magical girl and she's in love with him but he doesn't notice(and she's flat too I guess)
the bad guys are obsessed with stealing girly "attributes" like the "twintail attribute" as in the personality aspect, like the girls go from loving the attribute to hating it

granted it's more of a super sentai parody then a traditional magical girl series, if it interests you then I'd recommend watching the anime, if you love it after that then I guess you would need to learn Japanese if you want to read the LN, here's a good resource for learning Japanese for free, don't use duolingo it's not good
