was thinking the shinobi/3rd rakta girl(yuki) but she is on stand duty. but then again, the race that doing the dragon/lion dance seems to be hyron, instead of rakta as the rakta's culture seems to be based on irl the chinese.

still, im guessing either midoreen (probably not as the dragon seems smaller/shorter than the average hyron people in the last page) or (if i remember right) that one hyron girl (Kiraha or shuko or patee) who has a dancer background/family.
and i also suspected that peperico (kokopah girl) is the tail part making the illusion that dragon/lion has only 2 feet.

People tend to forget why accessibility exists as a concept when they don't need it... but are very quick to complain when something is slightly out of their own desire.
