The franchise doesn't have enough antagonists or situations that call for "Everything within a mile of the target goes boom."

The Book of Darkness' fully manifested defense program, Spaghetti's drone swarms, maybe if they wanted to shoot down the Saint's Cradle instead of launching an infiltration/rescue op? Almost everything else is flashy one-on-one fights backed by a Mizuki Nana insert song.

Throughout the entire series there isn't a single enemy or threat or even ally that has been rated as highly as that and she is simply being actively limited or used with HEAVY limitations...
