Definitely deserves that "7" rating. It's readable, but pretty average. Not really all that interesting except near the beginning, and it feels like someone wanted to cash in on the Madoka craze, so made some "filler" manga that's basically decent, but not worth writing home about.

If you like Madoka Magica, it's probably worth a read if you want to learn about one of those alternate timelines Homura was involved in.

Glad to see Mura Kuroe's art was just as bleh then as it is in MagiReco. I couldn't recognise who I was looking at half the time. How do you take such iconic characters and make them indistinguishable?
