I don't think I can post raws here, but if you're referring to the part about the TL note the original text is ふぐだけに膨れてみたり.
The implication is slightly different in the translation.

Thanks, but I meant the "Only a trans girl can mourn the loss of her weiner" part. It happens sometimes that "TS" or genderbender characters are reduced to trans in translations, so I wanted to know what the author themselves wrote exactly, since I hadn't considered Aoi such myself.

TS娘 was translated as trans girl. Now that you mention it I realize there might be some confusion here.
