Also not a lie, cause the possibility existed. But spraying it directly on the manager was clearly on purpose. If she was lying to protect Silica nothing would have happened, but if she truly had confessed her plan to have Silica defeated she had her retribution coming, despite the rules of the court.

The omuanko is just that good.

I'm sure she did. The common procedure would have been to ask permission to the judge and proceed accordingly.
But she basically stole the bottle and sprayed it directly on the manager, a thing that was not necessary at all to see the reaction of the monster chicken. That was clearly on purpose.
