This Ace Attorney hentai parody would be very interesting, but the world is too disturbing for me ethically wise.
Shame really, I really like investigation X magic premise, but arbitrary injustice in such volumes just makes my stomache hurl.

... So this is basically a hentai setting where they are trying to come up with an excuse plot for the fetishes?
The standard of you can never lose was already stupid, losing seems to be always rape, and the evidence proving them innocent have been there was an illegal aphrodisiac and since this one was biologically a boy before he doesn't know how to control his bladder yet (also his ability is to shoot webbing from his crotch because yeah... I was expecting the second trial to reveal the unicorn purposefully setup the guy to fail, but nope.
Also the penalty is we will turn you into a lewd statue for people to gawk at for eternity?
The fact two of the trials thus far are you need to explain why your rape or almost rape wasn't your fault which feels especially bad.
Like I get hentai logic settings and why people can like those things. And something commenting on the unexpected consequences or needing to do the world building to justify all the insanity of said setting could be fun. But yeah, I don't see this having any value outside of fetish.

First, apparently becoming a magical girl can be forced on you.
Next, defeat is ALWAYS an option, no matter how strong you are.
More, the court apparently almost always convicts the defeated magical girl.
Lastly, the punishment includes, but is not limited to: Petrification, said to keep the mind intact, which would mean eternal torment! Or a 'mild' sentence means getting gR@ped and have pregnancy forced upon you (After already having been gR@ped by monsters after defeat to begin with, sounds 'lovely'...).
I mean, I know this is fictional nonsense and it's (probably?) about the lewd stuff, but SERIOUSLY?
What kind of world would allow other people to become puppets that are trashed when they aren't good enough, according to some higher-ups? Especially the part where in petrification, the mind is said to stay intact, yet the 'statues' can be vandalized and even broken?! What the actual f@ck?! Just imagine getting dismembered, but not even being able to do anything about it. You can't scream, you can't move, you can't do anything, but suffer for eternity! What kind of sick mind would put ANYBODY into that kind of situation and think such a punishment is justified? Oh, right... God. Just toss people into a lake of fire for eternity for a single human lifetime of not doing what god wants...

this is by far the worst manga i read this year currently the author pretty much just played ace attorney and completely misunderstood how a court system works and the entire premise is just bad if the only redeemable thing is the art but art itself cannot save a bad writing

I like the theme of trials of magical girls. And when it comes to punishments, the point is to be a scare because magical girls can't lose because it causes people to lose faith in them... I'm not saying it's bad or good. And when it comes to the hentai theme, it's so minimal here that I ignored it XD
