Math is probably not a problem for her.
Unless Grancadia has completely different laws of nature, she should still have some knowledge of the sciences.
English is going to be hard, but if she had experiences learning other languages in Grancadia it will be a bit easier. She also has the advantage of being able to learn proper pronunciation by listening to and talking to English speakers on the internet, instead of learning it at school.
Social Studies, she will have to adapt to an entire culture she barely knows.
Japanese might actually be the worst, as she probably has no knowledge of a large chunk of the information.

Unless she actually has an auto translate/language comprehension skill that still exists after returning to Japan, then the languages are probably the most easy part.
